Katie Couric and her banker boyfriend of two years, John Molner, got engaged over the holiday weekend. Molner proposed to her with a diamond ring at sunset on the beach in East Hampton,NY.
Katie 56, has been a widow since her husband Jay Monahan died from colon cancer in 1998. The couple have two daughters, Ellie whom is 21, and Carrie whom is 17. The happy couple have yet not announced the wedding date but are very happy and thrilled to start a new family and a new chapter in life.
